Important Booking Information
Private Mobile Training includes a $60 Private Mobile Training Travel Fee. The travel fee and any applicable Priority, Same-Day, Weekend, or Extended Travel fees are non-refundable once your appointment is confirmed.Please review our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy under the calendar before booking.
Private Mobile Training — Important Booking Information
Please review the following information before scheduling your appointment.
Private Mobile Training allows an instructor to travel directly to your home, workplace, or other approved training location with the equipment necessary to conduct your course.
Non-Refundable Travel & Scheduling Fees
The Private Mobile Training Travel Fee ($60) is non-refundable once your appointment is confirmed.
This fee reserves instructor travel availability and helps cover travel time, transportation, equipment transport, setup, and other costs associated with providing training at your location.
Any applicable Priority Scheduling, Same-Day Scheduling, Weekend Scheduling, or Extended Travel Fees are also non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
Standard Appointments — 72+ Hours
Course tuition may be refunded when cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
The $60 Private Mobile Training Travel Fee remains non-refundable.
One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to instructor availability.
Priority Appointments — 24–72 Hours
The Private Mobile Training Travel Fee and Priority Scheduling Fee are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
Eligible course tuition may be refunded when the required cancellation notice is provided.
One reschedule may be permitted with at least 12 hours’ notice, subject to instructor availability.
Same-Day Appointments — Less Than 24 Hours
Same-Day Private Mobile Training appointments are non-refundable once confirmed, including course tuition, travel fees, and scheduling fees.
Rescheduling may be permitted at the discretion of We Prepare CPR in cases of emergency or exceptional circumstances.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Failure to attend or be available at the scheduled training location will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Please be prepared to begin training at your scheduled appointment time. Significant delays may result in the appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or canceled if there is insufficient time to complete the required course requirements.
If We Prepare CPR Cancels
If We Prepare CPR is unable to provide your confirmed appointment, you may choose to transfer 100% of your payment to another available appointment or receive a full refund, including the Private Mobile Training Travel Fee and applicable scheduling fees.
By scheduling a Private Mobile Training appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation, rescheduling, and non-refundable fee policies above.
